Spunbond / Meltblown / Fine Fiber Polypropylene Composites (SMF)
Green spunbond/meltblown/fine fiber composites are our most versatile, highest performing pads. The spunbond side is smooth, abrasion-resistant, and very durable. The fine fiber side is soft and highly absorbent. These pads are best used on the floor with the fine fiber side down. When saturated, the texture offers a slight gripping characteristic.

specialty compositions:
composites are available with printed spunbond pp, as well as polyethylene film backing to prevent leaching through to the surface beneath it.
Our absorbent composites range in density from as low as 130 gsm to as high 700 gsm, (grams per square meter) although our standard range is between 150 and 400 gsm. Three layer composites tend to be on the higher end of the range, as the center layer represents a lower percentage of the overall unit in comparison to single-ply and two-layer composites.
