Spunbond / Meltblown / Spunbond Polypropylene Composites
Spunbond / meltblown / spunbond (SMS) composites are highly abrasion-resistant pads, which makes them great for wiping applications. They withstand plenty of abuse, plus they have a highly absorbent meltblown center layer. SMS pads absorb oil, water, coolants, and solvents. Perforated for waste minimization, tear off what you need for your particular application.

all universal compositions: product offering consists of one, two, and three layer compositions, combining meltblown and spunbond polypropylene
specialty compisitions:
composites are available with printed spunbond pp, as well as polyethylene film backing to prevent leaching through to the surface beneath it.
Our absorbent composites range in density from as low as 130 gsm to as high 700 gsm, (grams per square meter) although our standard range is between 150 and 400 gsm. Three layer composites tend to be on the higher end of the range, as the center layer represents a lower percentage of the overall unit in comparison to single-ply and two-layer composites.
