Spunbond / Meltblown / Spunbond Polypropylene Composites
Spunbond / meltblown / spunbond (SMS) composites are highly abrasion-resistant nonwovens, which makes them great for wiping applications. They withstand plenty of abuse, plus they have a highly absorbent meltblown center layer. SMS rolls absorb oil, water, coolants, and solvents. Perforated for waste minimization, tear off what you need for your particular application.

specialty compositions:
Composites are available with printed spunbond pp. Company names or other messages can be printed on the product membrane in volume quantities.
Our absorbent composites range in density from as low as 130 gsm to as high 700 gsm, (grams per square meter) although our standard range is between 150 and 400 gsm. Three layer composites tend to be on the higher end of the range, as the center layer represents a lower percentage of the overall unit in comparison to single-ply and two-layer composites.
All universal rolls are thermally bonded and perforated both across-direction and machine-direction at equidistant intervals.
