Heavy duty booms are encased in a poly sleeve and a poly net, with a rope running the length of each boom (for stability when taut). Booms are filled with chopped meltblown polypropylene scrap material. They link together with o-rings and snap hooks, forming an absorbing barrier. Use this boom on still or slow moving water.

Consult with your local, state, and federal authorities, as well as licensed/reputable waste disposal companies for specific options. With that said, there are various methods for disposal, including landfill, incineration, and recycling/reuse (centrifuge, washing, and and/or wringing).
